Luis’s entrepreneurial spirit led him to the multifaceted realm of multi-family apartment investing in Dallas, Texas, where he sought opportunities for cash flow, tax efficiency, and generational wealth creation. Alongside his wife Christina, Luis co-founded Cardinal Equity Partners, embarking on a successful journey in multi-family real estate. Beyond his tech-centric career, Luis harbors a deep commitment to multi-family real estate investing. His acumen for identifying lucrative, community-enhancing opportunities has been instrumental in Cardinal Equity Partners’ investment (as a limited partner) in over 1,131 properties across the Sunbelt states.
